Configuration
1Access Report Configuration
Navigate to: Direct Print > Configuration
2Configure Report Settings
Available Settings: (Report configuration settings restricted to system administrators)
- Enable Direct Print: Enable/disable direct printing for this report
- Allow All Users: Give access to all users or restrict to specific users
- Enable Logs: Track all print operations
- Allowed Users: Select specific users who can direct print (if not allowing all users)
3Access User Settings
Navigate to: Settings > Users & Companies > Users
Available Settings:
- Direct Print group: Enable users to view their personal print logs: Each user can access and monitor their own printing history, while administrators maintain complete system oversight

Print Process:
- Select report from action menu
- Click direct print option
- Document prints automatically
